Redevelopment of the Avenue Patches in Porto Alegre - RS - Brazil. An area with a great location (city center) and access to infrastructure, very degrades, marginalized and, at his retirement, he became area of prostitution and theft.
The proposal is to generate less impact and be sustainable, preserving the existing fabric, as well as the buildings still in good conditions, reoccupying them with various activities such as cinema, concert halls and school dances that will be open on alternating shifts and up even 24, to generate continuous stream.
This is the "avenue that never sleeps!"
