The house is located in the resort area of St.Petersburg, in the settlement Solnechnoe. Feature of the plot is a steep slope with pine trees growing on one side and dense forest on the other side. The house is designed so that the main rooms were located on the first floor, all of the additional spaces are located in the ground floor. The highlight of the house is an outdoor terrace located in front of the living room, hanging over a cliff, through the terrace sprout mighty pine. Trees form a natural shelter from bad weather. Under illumination building was designed the original lighting system made ​​of wooden blinds. The building is carefully written into the existing landscape with minimum damage to the environment.
