The project involved the restructuring of the prestigious Marionnaud store located on the Champs '>http://Elysees.The'> strategic objective was to come up with a new concept that would adapt the image of the store both to the existing location and to the context of the luxury brands on sale '>http://there.The'> architectural restructuring project was realized by REV Architecture of Paris, which also worked alongside Les Marchand for the furnishing concept and interior layout, while the realization of the furnishings themselves was entrusted to PAOLO CASTELLI S.p.A., which also conducted research into alternative materials to those originally hypothesized, more interesting in terms of cost and '>http://performance.Along'> with custom built-in and free-standing furnishings, PAOLO CASTELLI also acted as general contractor for all interior coverings (except the electrical and climate control plants), i.e. drywall construction, flooring, painting, elevators, boiserie and special spaces such as the entrance and '>http://stairways.The'> company’s long experience in this field made it possible to complete the project despite the very tight deadline, thanks to the perfect relationships and technical communication it established with all the local tradesmen and institutions involved in the '>http://project.Specifically'> with regard to timeframe, the winning strategy was addressing all the different aspects of the project simultaneously, in order to avoid any down time between one phase and the '>http://next.For'> example, by conducting the drywall and built-in furniture phases at the same time, it became possible to perfectly allocate the furnishing products, realized in metal and therefore not in any way adaptable in loco – built down to the millimeter beforehand in virtue of this coordinated management, which eliminated the necessity of having to wait for verification of the measurements once a given phase was '>http://completed.The'> esthetic tone of the project is refinement and elegance, which guided the choice of materials and relative treatments, use and '>http://juxtaposition.The'> modules, designed to optimize the display of the products while at the same time creating stylistic continuity and coherency throughout the spaces (2 floors of sales area), heightened the visibility of the various brands without being esthetically '>http://chaotic.The'> unusual configuration of the double height spaces, traversed by a stairway, necessitated the realization of unusually high shelving (more than 5 meters) and a reinterpretation of the customary shelf '>http://wall.The'> materials used were prevalently metal, followed by wood and '>http://glass.The'> metal was either simply painted, or frosted and then finished with special colors realized expressly for the client with the aim of emphasizing the uniqueness and customized craftsmanship of a high quality project.
