A loft restoration for a new office

La location di questo nuovo ufficio/archivio ha un sapore industriale e caratteristiche proprie di un loft, con soffitti molto alti e vetrate grandi, che lasciano entrare molta luce naturale. La proposta di CAFElab studio, seguendo le richieste della committenza, è stata quella di sfruttare al massimo lo spazio disponibile in altezza, inserendo un soppalco che funga da archivio al piano superiore e che, allo stesso tempo, delimiti un openspace dove trova posto l'ufficio al piano terra. The location of this new office / store has an industrial flavor and loft characteristics, with high ceilings and large windows that let a lot of natural light. CAFElab architectural studio, following the demands of the client, has proposed to make the most of available space in height by inserting a loft that serves as archive upstairs and, at the same time, delimits a open space where you will find the ground floor office.
