Sustainability strategies were implemented on the project development: balanced management of water consumption, reuse of rain water, energy strategy with use of passive systems in architecture, sustainable use of materials considering their life cycle and the incorporated energy (eg. high density cork and linoleum), concept of food production within the landscape design and design of compartment for rubbish separation and deposit.
