House is designed on two levels, basement and ground floor of adapting to the terrain, such as:
On the ground floor (level 0.00m) is porch, entrance, living room with additional rooms, three bedrooms, bathroom and staircase to the basement. Basement level (at elevation +-2.86m) consists of rooms designed for storage, wine room, air-conditioned rooms, a hall for celebrations and toilet under the stairs.
