A major challenge during the reconstruction of Zagreb based Bruketa&Žinić OM agency’s office was to design light fixtures in the meeting rooms. It all started with an idea to thematically link the lamps with a defining characteristic or feature in each room to achieve inspired design and overall unity. As with the rest of the office reconstruction project, we were required to consider a limited budget and ecological approach, while at the same time creating something visually striking and unique. Unable to track down lamps that fit the space and budget, we decided to design and produce this custom-made lamps ourselves, with minimum cost.

Used satellite dishes became a perfect 'spy lamp' in the secret projects room, plain neon lights hang in a cluster resembling the lights of high speed cars or trains passing by and the leftover copper heating pipes form an interesting ceiling pattern. In the end, the lamps turned out so well that the meeting rooms have been named after them.
