On a corner lot in a heavily wooded area of San Isidro, the project seeks, with simple assumptions, develop accompanying the particularities of the property.
With a program of a family with three children and looking for spacious and simple, the project is developed with the succession of volumes and working in the spaces of intersection thereof.
First target volume is implanted in the direction along the property taking a low level, on this, place a concrete box, taking the top scale to coincide with the treetops
In selected areas of intersection of the volumes in the opening work to create gallery spaces, patio and access.
For the material used three materials corresponding to the scale, white, acrylic coating, in counterpoint to the surrounding green. The concrete and wood were used to search the existing trees minimized.
Northeast is seeking guidance for the facade facing the street, the minimum opening in private and making a wide opening and strategically located in the space of the ladder, to the internal facade large windows were used to ensure that integration with the garden, with the detail in the room, the woodwork is embedded to achieve internal and external connection altogether.
