Located in the center of a small city in Laconia Greece, 44 was born from the owner's vision to renovate and readapt into everyday life, his grandfather's old grocery, a true meeting point at that time.
During the renovation process the main goal was to create a modern and functional space, without loosing the authenticity of the traditional existing building.
From a design point of view the main aim was to create a contemporary and luxurious space. Oak wood, rusted metal and stucco cement are the main materials used and apart from creating a clean and cozy environment they also highlight the existing stone
structure.
