Windtulip is a self feeding street lamp which does not require any power source, cables and power socket. Vertical-axis wind turbines which look like a tulip flower produce the energy it needs. Energy is generated and transmitted to transformer and finally battery. Battery stores the energy, so, LED lighting enable to work even in windless weather. It has also a day-night sensor which generates the time of light emission. The energy is stored every time wind blowing for using at nights. Awarded by Domus Academy in Fill the Future Competition.
