Patrizia Scarzella
Architect and journalist, expert in corporate identity and communication, she is a consultant for Italian and international design companies. Author of important research studies, books and design exhibitions in Museums and Design Galleries in Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Russia, Spain, Japan, China, Thailand, India, USA. She has been on the editorial staff of Domus magazine, and now she is a regular contributor to the magazines Interni (Italy), Surface (USA), Vogue Nippon. Among her recent projects: the book “I colori del design” (The colors of design)(FrancoAngeli, 2008); the exhibition on her work “Carta di identità, comunicare il design” (ID card: Communicating design) an event for Turin World Design Capital 2008; the exhibition “Oggetti Sonori” (Sonorous Objects) with Marco Ferreri at the Triennale of Milan, April 09. She has been professor at the Industrial Design Faculty of the University La Sapienza, Rome, the Estonian Academy of Arts, Tallin and she now teaches at the University of Genoa. Associated Expert of CSIL (Centre for Industrial Studies, Milano). Member of the Designer Department of the ADI (Industrial Design Association).
