Marco Pocci come from Colle Val d'Elsa, close to Siena, where Archirivolto is still located today. Pocci met Dondoli in Florence at the faculty of architecture where they were part of the same work team. In 1983 they started a studio involved in industrial and architectural projects that in 1989 turned exclusively to industrial design projects.
