The studio was founded in Milan by Marco Francesco Bianchi in 1994 and deals with the totality of the phases necessary to the realization of renovations and new constructions. It includes preliminary analysis, planning, works management and construction administration. We work with private clients as well as Italian and foreign companies, alongside clients’ consultants and local contacts, or establishing and managing multidisciplinary teams aimed at the realization of the task in compliance with costs and quality of the project. Our areas of expertise include design, technological systems and works supervision for new buildings as well as building reconstruction for residential, office and production-oriented applications. We provide consultancy for feasibility studies or real estate investments, building and workspace reorganization (office layout) We can offer a complete service of design, both on architectural aspects and structural and technological systems. The project analyses all details, including drawings of floor and wall coverings, design of custom-made furniture, the selection of furniture and components, the construction and decoration of interiors. We’re used to select and coordinate highly professional craftsmen able to carry out contract projects and artefacts of any material, wood, marble, stone, metal, glass etc.. We know and use techniques and materials for the construction of eco buildings and environmentally friendly green buildings, with extremely low power consumption for winter heating and summer conditioning, so as to create buildings of great aesthetic and technological quality. We have worked with teams of designers, construction companies and clients in Italy, Europe and Africa. We are used to organize our job with local architects, engineers and construction companies, to coordinate all people who work in the design and construction, identifying the best solution to minimize costs and times while ensuring the highest quality
