Lisa Ertel, an artist and designer based in Berlin, holds a diploma from the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design (HfG). Following her graduation, she co-established the Bio Design Lab, an open research platform for the University. In 2020/21, she served as an artist in residence at the Jan van Eyck Academie. She is a member of Studio Πand the collectives Exoterika and Fan, where they collaborate to create experiences that blend art and design.
