Kutlu BAL was born in 1979 in Samsun. He graduated from the Department of Architecture in Gazi University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture in 2003.He worked in various architecture and interior design companies in Ankara. In 2004, he worked in various projects in St. Petersburg Russia in 2004 and in Northern Cyprus between the years of 2005 and 2007.At that time he lectured in Girne American University on Architectural Projects.
