Before founding her eponymous studio in Munich Jessica Nebel worked at various renowned design consultancies in Germany and UK for international ventures (e.g. BMW, MINI, Schwarzkopf, Sennheiser, Bayer MaterialScience, Dell, TomTom, B/S/H and British Telecom). Jessica Nebel earned an MA degree at the Royal College of Art in London under Ron Arad in 2007 after graduating in Industrial Design in Germany. She has been featured in many publications including Vogue, Financial Times, Elle Decor, Vanity Fair, Design Report and Form Magazine.
Her work has been showcased around the world and she has received numerous awards such as the Red Dot Award and IF Award. Jessica Nebel’s specialty is a vibrant mix of furniture, interiors, home accessories, fashion items and consumer electronic products. Being influenced by her background in Industrial Design and her studies in everyday life she manages to blend functional attributes and emotional meaning throughout her projects.
