His pieces are presented on the occasion of various thematic exhibitions, at Grand-Hornu Images (Belgium), at Mudac (Lausanne), at VIA (Paris). Recently one of his creations was exhibited at the Trapholt Museum (Denmark) during the “Fetishism” exhibition, organized by Lidewij Edelkoort. The work of Jean-Baptiste Fastrez has been the subject of several acquisitions to integrate the permanent collections of the Center Pompidou and the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris, the Villa Noailles in Hyères as well as the Cnap collection.
