Designer and owner of a design office STUDIO 1:1 in Gdańsk. He is a graduate of Architecture and Design Faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. Currently, a Vice-Rector for Teaching and Students’ Affairs at the Academy. In his studio, opened together with his wife Beata Szymańska in 2001, his team have realized many industrial design, architecture, interior design and exhibition projects. They designed many products, equipment for shop networks and exhibitions. Jarosław Szymański has won numerous national and international awards. He is also the author of a workstation for working in a sitting-lying position mPosition and armchairs Action and Sorriso which his studio designed for Profim.
