Eraclis Papachristou is the founder of E.Papachristou Architects LLC. He graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, School of Architecture, in 1995: B. Arch /Diploma. This was followed up by a M. Arch in Architectural Design at the University College London (Bartlett) 1995 – 1996. The practice, based in Nicosia handles a formidable portfolio of projects from architectural design & procurement to supervision and coordination of construction work of private and public projects. The office has been awarded 24 awards in Cypriot and European architectural competitions, including 10 First prizes for public and private projects, most of which have been implemented or are being implemented. It has represented Cyprus at the Venice Biennale twice (2006 & 2018), has had six completed projects nominated for the European Mies van der Rohe Prize and has thrice been awarded the State Prize for Architecture (2010 & 2013 & 2022). E.Papachristou Architects LLC has completed a wide variety of projects, from residential houses and apartment blocks to offices of various descriptions along with cultural and educational buildings. Fundamental to this is the rich collection of experience and a wide range of abilities provided by the office team.
