Elena Albricci (20/09/1983)
I am an architect graduated at the Politecnico di Milano.
I collaborate with Franco Albini Foundation from March 2011. I started from the process of archival cataloging and now I am working on research activities with the aim of issuing Certificates of Authenticity, writing texts and collecting iconographic material for publications (like “Franco Albini. La continutà di un segno”, March 2017 – series “Lezioni di Architettura e Design” – Il Corriere della Sera and “Franco Albini”, February 2012 – series “I Protagonisti del Design”, Hachette).
I cooperated on the curatorship of exhibitions on Franco Albini’s work, including “La Sostanza della Forma” (at the Italian Cultural Institute in Paris in March 2016, at the Italian Cultural Institute in Zagreb in November 2016 and now at the Politecnico di Milano until May 30, 2017).
From 2008 to 2010 I worked with the Architect Massimo Simini, in particular on the design of temporary exhibitions and museums. Among them, the renovation of the Museum of the Risorgimento in Milan and the exhibition “Čiurlionis, an esoteric journey” at Palazzo Reale in Milan.
From 2005 to 2008 I collaborated with the Architect Paola Gian Ferrari, mainly on house renovations.
From 2008 to 2010 I was assistant for the Museology course held by the Professor Paola Cordera at the Architecture Faculty of the Politecnico di Milano.
Since 2011 I am a member of the International Council of Museum (Icom).
