Ching-Hwa Chang is the principal architect of Bio-architecture Formosana. Graduated with M. Arch in University of Pennsylvania (1984), she has taught in National Cheng Kung University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and the member of USGBC. She has won numerous awards for her ecological design, and her representative work includes the Beitou Public Library and the Pavilions for the Flora Expo, Taipei, 2010. She was awarded the 11th Awarding of Outstanding Architects in Taiw
