Bruno Serrão was born in 1972 in Oporto. He graduated from Lusíada University in 1997. He took his master’s degree in 1999 in Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) on Critical and Project with the guidance of JosepQuetglas. He attended the third international projects taller with merit, which was promoted by UPC in charge of JonhHejduck. He took his doctorate, in 2000 in UPC, under the theme “New Tools of Architecture” with the ofMarciàCodinachsRiera. Bruno Serrão collaborated with Technical School of Barcelona as assistant in the workshop of summer with the direction of Juan Navarro Baldeweg. Since 2001 that he develops architectural projects, specializing in the conception, coordination and project management of shopping centers. He also develops furniture design, always looking for the evolution of functionality and versatility on each piece.
