I am interested in the aesthetics, the visual aspects of life. To what lies beneath the appearance of things and spaces. The aesthetics of simplicity + [multi] functionality. I run a creative architecture studio based in Liopetri, Cyprus. The studio provides Architecture + Interior Space, Creative Concepts and Design. The way I approach my architectural and design work aims to merge local tradition with contemporary aesthetics. Heavily influenced by minimalism, Japanese and Scandinavian design and architecture, I focus on creating a new world of Contemporary Tradition, or as I usually enjoy saying #traditionwithatwist. Along to studio work, I work on personal collage artwork. My collages explore what happens when the boundaries of different worlds merge into a new world, which is at the same time concrete and abstract. Mainly experimenting with traditional techniques, the structure of the image is transformed and a new kind of enigmatic life forms. Seeking the ways a story can be told through the process that calls for attention to the subtle but still significant details.
