Anisa Motahhar
Graduated in architecture and interior design, Anisa Motahhar has been actively involved in the field of interior design and small-scale project design since 2014, collaborating with various architectural groups and firms. In 2017, she co-founded Roykard Architecture Studio with Rasoul Nemati. . Along with her collaborators, in 2018 she participated in an African school project – education for the future in Malawi, and got selected as honorable mention in Archstorming International Competition. She also participated in a workshop called “Will design save Tehran?”, organized by Future City Innovation Lab. In her proposal, she tried to address solutions to overcome the unequal social evaluation mechanism amongst citizens of Tehran, based on their jobs; proposing a platform called JEEM (Job Experience Exchange Media). As a participant researcher and designer in Urban Mobility Studio at TUIC, Anisa has been working on 5657Meters project And also is drafting an issue of TUIC101 series on cases of reprogrammable public spaces in the city. Anisa participated in the ARCHIGRAPH interdisciplinary workshop and did special exercises in the field of combined ideas between architecture, cinema, literature and graphics. Furthermore, she takes on the responsibility of managing and overseeing the graphic department within the studio, which encompasses tasks such as portfolio design, graphic design, and visualization aimed at catering to the architectural and artistic community.
