As founder and managing director of rundzwei Architekten, Andreas is involved in all projects of the office. He signs responsible for the success of each project under his guidance. Andreas represents and presents the essence of the studio to the public and clients. He is a frequent guest lecturer at universities as well as public and private institutions. He has been frequently asked to be part of the jury for national architectural competitions. Just recently he has been appointed expert on sustainable architecture and urban development by the Berlin panel on urban planing and housing. Before founding rundzwei Architekten, Andreas worked for the Berlin based studio Phaseeins, ACME in London and Herzog & de Meuron in Basel. At Herzog & de Meuron he singed responsible for the facade of the Tate Modern Project as well as a 11 storey residential building by Herzog & de Meuron in Basel. Andreas studied architecture at the Technical University (TU) Berlin and finished his studies with a diploma. In 2005 he received a scholarship for the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Santiago de Chile, where he received a diploma with distinction for his studies. The native Berliner is multiple family father and fluent in English and Spanish
