Andrea Ferraro was born in Savona the 24. Of July 1986. He graduated in 2005 at the art school “Arturo Martini”, attending the architectonic course. His passion for the architecture and design started during the high school years and has gradually led him to engage in world of work. In 2008 he undertook an internship in architecture office “Fallucca” in Savona. He has become part of the staff and he had worked there more than one year. Andrea carried on his professional training at the Genova university. During his academic carrer he had the opportunity to follow the courses of Gianluca Peluffo (5+1 AA) and Marco Casamonti (Archea Associati studio). In 2011 Andrea become a professional collaboration with Marco Casamonti in Archea Associati office studio in Florance. The 23 /10 / 2012 earn the Masters degree in Architecture in University of Genova with valutation 101/110. He his actually working in Archea Associati office studio in Florance with responsability and satisfaction. He’s had the possibility partecipate with international competitions, to interact with clients and collegues, to visit construction sities, to manage a work group as project chief and to be familiar with south american and chinese constructions design industry. He colaborate with AREA (architectural international magazine). He wrote two articles: the first about the “Tamedia office buildign” designed by Shigeru Ban (issue 135 “Clients”) and the second about the “SunnyHills shop” designed by Kengo Kuma (isse 135 “Grafting”) and he conducts activities about research.
