KAAF I Kitriniaris Associates Architecture Firm is an award-winning international architecture practice, founded by Alexandros Kitriniaris.
Kitriniaris Associates Architecture Firm is committed to the triple bottom line concept, which asserts that long-term and sustainable progress requires the balanced achievement of economic development, environmental performance, and social advancement. To this end, our firm works with a multidisciplinary team of architects, landscapers, urbanists, structural and environmental engineers, interior designers, branding agencies as well as creative developers and investment companies to produce sustainable buildings and landscapes.
Alexandros Kitriniaris is a registered architect engineer with a diploma from the National Technical University of Athens (9.54/10.00). He earned an additional Master’s degree with honors from the same University (9.94/10.00). He is a teaching assistant at architectural design studios, a PhD researcher and a scholarship awardee, investigating the link between architecture, ecology and human physiology through leading technological advances to ensure an enduring positive impact on communities and on the environment.
During his academic activity, he has received 10 honorary awards and scholarships. His work has received numerous awards in international architecture competitions, has been published in international architecture magazines, and has been exhibited at architecture events. Ιn 2018, he has received the "Europe 40under40 Award" and has been distinguished among the most promising and emerging architects and design talents in Europe for 2017-2018, as announced by the European Center for the Architecture, Art and Urban Studies and the Museum of Architecture and Design of Chicago Athenaeum.
