Stance Architecture offers services within architecture, art, and urban planning. We strive for the extraordinary in all our projects and love to collaborate outside our walls. Each project starts with a concept that is fine-tuned as it moves to defined design strategies. Aaron Bass, a registered architect and urban planner, leads Stance Architecture.
Aaron completed his Masters of Architecture degree at the College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture (CAPLA) at the University of Arizona. Prior to that, Aaron Bass worked as a Urban Planner at LVA Urban Design Studio, where he gained extensive experience in site-specific planning, entitlements, and municipal processes. After graduating from CAPLA, Aaron worked at The Construction Zone as an architectural designer, developing high quality design detailing and modern building construction practices.
He then spent several years as a designer at Chen+Suchart Studio, where he worked on several award-winning modern architecture projects. During his time at C+S Studio, he honed his skills on computational design, modern architectural thinking, and project design, which provided the springboard to become a licensed architect
