Tomas Stokke is a co-founder of Haptic. He has previously established and led the Oslo-based office, Arkitekturverkstedet. Prior to that Tomas co-founded the London office Metropolitan Workshop. He is educated at the Bartlett, University College London. Tomas Stokke has led several large scale projects within a variety of sectors and has extensive international experience. He leads Haptic’s airport projects and is also responsible for the Scandinavian projects in the practice. He is currently leading the mixed-use re-development of Straume’s city centre, close to Bergen in Norway. Tomas has taught, lectured, exhibited and been published internationally and has experience in international jury work. Together with fellow Haptic Director Scott Grady, Tomas ran the design studio unit 7 at the Bartlett, University College London.
