Personal research but also advice and development of projects for companies, the Studio offers its services in the various disciplines of design: product, graphics, space, web. After 4 years spent in different studios in Paris, Thomas Merlin founded his own studio in 2011. He develops his projects with a view to simplicity and accuracy. He seeks to question the construction of objects with the desire that it be visible and reversible to make them "lighter" for the environment. The balance between functionality, implementation and aesthetics is based on the use of natural materials, to which it imprints a minimalist and modern expression.
He collaborates with renowned publishers such as Eno Studio, Hartô, Bolia, and Universo Positivo. Inspired by the people who work with the material and who bring it to life, the studio produces its prototypes with craftsmen and companies who leave the imprint of their know-how in the projects.
