Studio Curves (Shanghai / New York) is an experimental, independent design practice founded by John Dai in 2020.
We design spaces that are sculptural, adaptive, and emotionally precise - ranging from retail interiors and cultural venues to exhibitions, installations, and private commissions.
We combine advanced digital tools—parametric modeling, AI-driven workflows, digital fabrication—with a hands-on sensitivity to material, craft, and atmosphere.
From concept through construction, we work closely with clients, contractors, fabricators and craftsmen to shape spaces that feel both considered and alive.
