Architectural Bureau Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners has been working for more than 23 years now. In 2001 Alexander Tsimailo and Vladislav Travin founded the bureau and in 2004 Nikolay Lyashenko joined the partners. The company designs objects of any scale - from urban planning concepts to interior design.
The bureau’s portfolio includes more than 60 realized projects of different functional purposes. Among them are Brodsky and Lumin residential buildings, Stone Towers office quarter, Bunin and St. Nickolas reconstruction projects, Park Rublevo and Savvin residential complexes.
The bureau’s approach is to create the unique architecture and get maximum pleasure from the working process. The bureau forms a team for each project, attracting the best russian and foreign experts. It is important for the company to be involved in all the stages of a project: attention to detail ensures high quality realization. Today the bureau employs more than 100 people.
Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners takes part in russian and international competitions. Two projects were awarded by The International Architecture Awards (2024) — Opus residential building won in the “Multi-family housing” nomination, Brodsky residential building received an Honorable Mention. The airport project in Gelendzhik won the Architizer A+A Awards (2021). Brodsky residential building in 2022 won The annual best implemented project in the field of construction competition and was shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival (2019). Lumin residential building was awarded the Moscow Architecture Prize (2021). The bureau’s team also participated in competitions for new buildings of the Tretyakov gallery in Moscow and the Guggenheim museum in Helsinki.
Alexander Tsimailo, Nikolay Lyashenko and Olga Sytnik have been teaching at the Moscow Architectural Institute for over 10 years.
