Fjord Arkitekter is a studio based in Oslo that specializes in the development of cabins, housing, and small-scale public projects. Fjord Architects believe in architecture that shows great respect for the existing surroundings. Buildings that harmonize with the environment will create places with identity and a sense of belonging. Architects must facilitate people's well-being, provide space for good neighborliness, and promote social interaction. We have an attitude that aesthetic and functional buildings can be created with minimal use of resources - pragmatic and flexible structures that can be used for hundreds of years.
