After several years of practice in architectural agencies, Arnaud Schelstreate associated with Benoit Schelstraete founded in 2017, in Paris, the company Mue atelier d'architecture. Following a long-standing collaboration, Mue is joined by Frédéric Garrigues, architect, nominated for the AFEX 2018 Prize (French Architect for Export) for the new crematorium in Basel delivered in July 2017. With its experience, the Mue office is nominated and winner of several competitions in Switzerland. In 2021, Mue delivers the school in Meinier, Geneva, and begins the construction of a gymnasium in Sainte-Croix in the canton of Vaud.
In parallel with this development abroad, the agency is developing an activity in France, in order to allow its partners to benefit from its know-how, which combines rigor and listening.
The studio approaches the project as an opportunity to transform the existing, to make it simpler, more perennial, more economical. In order to enrich the territories in which our projects are inserted, the project thus becomes a common work, an experience of transformation shared between clients and designers.
