holzrausch was founded by Tobias Petri and Sven Petzold.
holzrausch plans, designs and builds furniture which allows architecture to unfold its
full potential through a dialogue with the space. The focus is on the interior remodeling of private and public spaces by applying extensive expertise in the planning and manufacture of high-quality kitchens. Every design and every implementation is unique.
Wood, glass, steel, natural stone, cement – materials play a big role for holzrausch. The individual composition of the material gives each object its own special character. holzrausch invests a great deal of time in selecting materials – quality materials
that age well are part of the design of the products. And this quality is something that you can experience for many years to come.
Philosophy
When dealing with interior spaces, holzrausch follows an integrated approach: planning, design and production are done in close collaboration with all those involved. holzrausch applies
their design language to everything they do. But they also work together with building owners, architects and planners to implement their design wishes.
holzrausch’s signature forms are a characteristic trademark. Concentrating on the essentials has led to the creation of a timeless, minimalist design language. Great value is put upon
the emotional effect of material and every single detail. In this manner, every piece holzrausch creates becomes its own personality, an expression of the highest demands on quality and craftsmanship. Work from holzrausch can be found predominately in Germany – but more and more exclusive interior designs are being implemented all across Europe.
