Because, while we love creating stunning designs in the digital realm, we love seeing them in the real world even more. We are very design-centric and a lot of effort goes into evolving our design ideas. There is a fair amount of knowledge available in our studio and research is an ongoing process. We are very collaborative in the way we work and since there is no strict hierarchy in the studio, everyone is involved in multiple projects in various capacities. Experimentation and exploration are carried through a series of models and 3D visualization. We do understand design in every dimension possible, a visit to our studio is a must.

A point of reference in contemporary architecture, the architectural firm 23DC was established in 2009 by Indian Architects Ar. Shiv Dada and Ar. Mohit Chawla from Jalandhar, Punjab. With a very hands-on approach, 23DC Architects oversees each project through all stages. Also, with a contemporary style influenced by the place in which they mainly work, their projects have undergone a natural process of evolving and maturing. 23DC firm has completed many projects including architectural, interiors, planning, landscape designs done on different concepts and different scales. Many of their projects got published in international architectural flag books, magazines, and websites like ArchDaily, Dwell, Architecture & Design, and so on. Shiv and Mohit touch expands beyond product to interiors such as The Vista Villa, An Epitome of Luxury, Brune and Bareskin, DeNeuvo, and many more.
