Espace Libre, a landscape design and project management office founded in 1990, is today a landscape and urban planning workshop whose skills cover various areas of development: urban restructuring, infrastructure and roads, cycle paths, walks, parks and gardens, playgrounds and sports grounds.
In terms of green spaces, VRD and landscape, under the aegis of Maxime Saïsse, head of the company since July 2009, the Espace Libre team made up of 12 people ensures both the design and the project management. and site monitoring of achievements. The diverse experiences of the workshop give it a strong versatility, which allows a great capacity of adaptation according to the projects.
The position taken by Espace Libre is to highlight the already existing structural elements of the landscape and to make the spaces functional while enhancing the social bond. The design work of the facilities, always accompanied by a technical approach, then consists in highlighting strong and centralizing spaces as well as developing the attractiveness of the place.
Within the workshop, landscapers, urban planners, architects and engineers share their know-how for a global approach to the project intended to enrich and energize its territory. The landscape writing, contemporary and drawn on several scales, thus always testifies to a reflection resulting from cutting-edge skills in various and complementary fields.
