Luigi Pardo Architetti

Luigi Pardo Architetti is a young architectural firm based in Rome and in Catania (Sicily). Our projects come from the research of functional, intuitive and authentic solutions, designed to be long lasting and unique. For us, Design is an expression of identity which can be revealed in its full potential when intertwined with the history of the place. The architecture is designed to grow and evolve together with its occupants, in a continuous transformation to respond to specific problems and different contexts, taking into consideration places, time and persons.

LPA endorses a multidisciplinary approach to each project, which is handled by professional figures coming from different education and cultural backgrounds in order to meet specific demands. Among other things, LPA brings forward research within the areas of nature-inspired and adaptive architecture – which involves that the architecture changes and evolves along with the changing environment (in terms of temperature, light, humidity ) to achieve indoor comfort while reducing the energy use of the building.
