NiloGioacchiniDesign Studio carries out its activities of planning, design and research in the ceramic industry, obtaining important international prizes and awards through economic results in all markets around the world. Considering the complexity of production processes and the natural times of ceramic, the activity is carried out mainly in the form of advice. However, can still be provided a collaboration for the design of groups more or less limited of products. • Analysis of existing production and proposed optimization or redesign.

• Proposals and design of new products which may be shared with marketing department.

• Feasibility study and projects of optimization, related to facilities and existing technologies..

• The study develops three-dimensional digital models in 1:1 scale with high precision, using they throughout the design process.

• It provides 2D and 3D technical drawings, with any type of file extension (IGES, STEP, DVG, DXF, .....) for the realization of three-dimensional models in any material obtained with numerical control machines or traditional modeling.

• Provides digital and photorealistic environments, for the formal verification of the products.

• Provides direct assistance to the modeling and its verification at the facilities or technical centers for the construction of models or prototypes.

• Provides appropriate changes to the models for their development in order to optimize production.
The strength of the Studio Opus is the ability to control all the operational phases of the design cycle, from concept to prototype, for arriving to production and at the distribution of products.
