D.E.C. | Dimastrogiovanni Engineering Consulting is an engineering and architecture office based in Zürich. The company was founded first in 2012 by Luciano Dimastrogiovanni in Feldkich (Austria), then was moved in 2014 in Zürich. After several years working in an international contest taking part to very important projects around the world, the founder decided to start a free lance activity. Since 2012 D.E.C. took part to several project in Europe and Middle East.
D.E.C. since the beginning was involved mainly in the management and control of big project. We assist architecture and MEP engineers in the development of the project finding the right compromise between technology and architecture. Nowadays thanks to the innovative BIM technologies D.E.C. is capable to coordinate completely the design from a scratch to the tender document and the construction phases.
D.E.C. believes that the construction of a piece of art like an airport, a stadium or even a normal building is not the end of the design process. D.E.C. assists the client in a proper planning, after construction, of the Facility Management Strategy offering the most innovative technologies for the control of the building in its entire life.
