FRANKLIN AZZI ARCHITECTURE
Since the foundation of his firm in 2006, architect Franklin Azzi has developed his skills in architecture and urban design in projects across France and abroad. Franklin Azzi Architecture (FAA) deploys a multidisciplinary team composed of some 40 collaborators including architects, interior designers, decorators, graphic designers, art historians and parametric design researchers. Being ideally positioned at the crossroads of these disciplines brings about a process of collective reflection. This attention to transversality allows FAA to explore large-scale renovation programs for industrial buildings but also new construction (among others), as can be seen by the Workstation tower in Paris-La Défense district; the Mama Shelter tower in Dubaï; the transformation of the old Alstom Warehouses into the Nantes Métropole School of Fine Arts (ESBANM); the planning of the Seine river’s left bank and the Boulevard Raspail 128-130 office building in Paris.

CHARTIERDALIX ARCHITECTES
Since its creation in 2006 by Frédéric Chartier and Pascale Dalix, the ChartierDalix team has a dozen buildings to its name. It has been recognized in numerous international competitions and has been awarded numerous prizes, including the first prize for Le Moniteur in 2009 and the European Young Architects Prize “40 under 40” in 2012. With 3 major projects delivered at the start of 2017 (a logistics center, offices in Batignolles and the Renault Design Center), the studio continues its research persuing work on several innovative projects for offices and housing, as well as public ventures (Courneuve station of the Greater Paris Express, and transformation of the Lourcine barracks in Paris’ 13th arrondissement into a university campus).

HARDEL ET LE BIHAN ARCHITECTES
Hardel and Le Bihan Architectes was founded in 2006, after Mathurin Hardel and Cyrille Le Bihan were recognized by the prestigious Nouveaux Albums des Jeunes Architectes (New Album of Young French Architects) in 2005. The office cultivates a wide diversity of programs, including collective and individual housing, offices, cultural institutions, schools, and hotels. The PAP and Klésia headquarters in Paris, the Etoile Multiplex Cinema at Porte des Lilas in Paris, the RHV Tower in Dakar, and several social housing projects. To date, the studio has brought around twenty projects to fruition, with each design motivated by the principle of offering a rational, sensitive and timeless conception for the final user.
