Miltos Kontogiannis studied interior architecture, decoration and product design at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. He obtained his bachelor's degree in 2010 and has been studying fine arts at Athens School of Fine Arts since 2014. He has been working as a designer since 2008 and in 2016 he launched studiomateriality.

Studiomateriality is a workshop which aims at applying art to products. Through this process, studiomateriality designs various products such as lighting, mirrors, homeware etc. We are also involved in the field of custom design. We love the challenge of creating bespoke objects and being experimental with different materials. Above all, studiomateriality is “a place made for fun” and is always happy to collaborate with companies and designers from around the world.
