We believe that small strains of quality regionally-based design practices need to remain focussed on procuring quality work for each project in order to reflect change in the overall culture and community. This is in direct response to the ‘grand vision’ schemes that, in our belief, often misinterpret place.

Fringe operates in the most remote and isolated capital city in the world and as such we've grasped this as an essential element in our work. We believe that our isolation, unique climate and isolated community is a healthy incubator for original ideas
