Carlo Civera's mission is to design and build green spaces that are maintenance-free with a modern and custom design. This is made possible thanks to our production of semi-natural artificial plants and artificial vertical gardens, characterized by high Italian craftsmanship and the result of decades of investment in research and development. Our team is made up of designers, technicians and designers who work together to support the customer during all phases of the project, from the creation of the idea to its complete realization.
We have made important projects for private clients and Italian and international companies such as Boggi, Sonae Sierra, Ford, Banca d’Italia, Banca di Asti, Generali, Fondital and Sana Hoteles, expanding our market throughout Europe. The experience gained in more than 60 years of activity has allowed us to become a leader in Italy and a reference point for designers and architects for decorating green spaces that are maintenance-free.

Since 1954 specialized in artificial plants and synthetic artificial flowers

In January 1954 Carlo Civera, alongside his wife Maria, opens in Brescia, in Contrada Santa Croce a small lab of handicraft production of artificial and semi-natural plants on real wood. new products in those years and still today well-known for the high quality of the materials and their accuracy of details. Our artificial plants are ideal to decorate any space where a natural plant couldn’t grow: they represent a perfect combination between the beauty of the real and the functionality of the artificial. You can find the high quality of our artificial plants also in our artificial vertical gardens projects, often chosen to create relaxing and scenographic green areas.
Highly Realistic to touch and sight synthetic Artificial Flowers, imitating reality in every detail. The experience if our Floral Designer allows us to go beyond the simple floral composition by combining creativity and passion for design. Our creations are bold statements that use form, color and simplicity to produce a dramatic effect. Our floral compositions conquer not only private customers but also high fashion brands such as Maison Gattinoni. They are ideal for decorating Hotel Rooms, Restaurants, Shops, Offices, Shop Windows and any environment that needs an extra touch of color.
As with lichens and artificial vertical gardens, Carlo Civera also creates custom painting and walls using artificial flowers: imagine a ceiling covered with flowers or a wall covered with roses, the scenographic effect of these floral solutions is great.

We don’t realize standard models: we listen to the client’s needs and we create customized artificial vertical gardens, from size and shape to the choice of the plants and their collocation.Our artificial vertical gardens are the equivalent of italian high-craftsmanship, as the result of decades of investments in R&D.
The structure of our gardens is one of a kind, only 4cm deep it is easily installed everywhere. We don’t use sponge or clothes in expanded polyethylene as many do as they are the equivalent of poor quality especially over long periods of time.
Each Vertical Garden realized artificially in Carlo Civera’ s workshops can be installed all over Italy by our staff.
We follow the project from the beginning to the end of it in order to take care of every detail, even during the laying of the vertical plant wall. For the installation we use hoc handmade structures which are secured by the finest quality screws, after defined from wall tear test or the coating material.

The product of the year: artificial lichen

The evolution of the stabilized lichen in an artificial version. Carlo Civera, over the years, has always experimented with new ways to introduce nature into masonry spaces created by man. From this ""green"" philosophy comes the idea of using artificial lichen to create zero-maintenance vegetal frames and artificial vertical gardens characterized by a great visual impact. Thanks to the characteristics of this new product Carlo Civera can make many creative, indoors and outdoors projects, satisfying every client’s needs. Our artificial lichen is made with artificial materials of very high quality, capable to recreate the natural lichen’s shades and its typical characteristics of floridity and softness.
As in our artificial vertical gardens we do not like standards and for this reason we have decided that it is possible to customize every detail, such as
• The dimensions of the frame or wall to be made
• The color of the frame
Thanks to the artificial lichen Carlo Civera combines in its projects both the technical and the aesthetic aspect with a single budget. The main characteristic of this material (as in the case of stabilized lichens), in fact, is the high sound-absorbing performance. It also has no bacterial charge, does not attract dust, is fireproof, unwelcome to insects, does not grow, should not be pruned and should not be irrigated. Our artificial lichen is made of very high quality anti U.V. materials, resistant to sunlight and atmospheric agents.
It can therefore be used in any project that requires the inclusion of green zones “at zero cost maintenance”.
