ardeola produces home decoration items and furniture pieces such as wall clocks, which are carefully designed and manufactured using high quality and precise technologies but many processes are made by hand. Ercsényi Miklós, a Hungarian architect / product designer has launched the venture ardeola in 2014 and it functions as a shopwindow to his creations. The style ardeola pieces bear is a mixture of simplicity and organic effect. As a principle 'less is more' rule is followed, however the final appearance achieved is more than the pure minimalism.

The importance of ardeola’s raw material

The main raw material used is basically high quality birch plywood. Most of the products are made of this material because it bears the wood grains (therefore it looks like a real wood), still strong and thin enough. All poducts follow an accurate design process which always start with pencil sketches on paper. The best ideas go into computer, where the final drawings get prepared. Lastly products are regularly revised our as updated - just in order to reach more appealing appearance. Along with the new manufacturing technologies adopted like CNC laser cutting, manufacturing with handmade phases are combined: polishing, painting and the final assembly is always made by hand.
