We are an architectural design studio which has been operating on the Polish market since 2008. We have unlimited designing and building licences. We have realised projects in public, residential, and retail sectors. We execute projects at every stage of realisation – from analyses, concepts – through construction and working plans and specifications. We also have experience in and knowledge of rules and principles of administrative, tender, and realisation procedures and processes.

DISTINCTION - architectural competition for Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego "Motława" (Housing Association).
idea of an architectonical concept enabling selection of an author of design and cost-estimate documentation for the project named: "Development of the Quarter of Osiek, Browarna, Zamkowa and Panieńska Streets on Land Plots No. 241, 242, 243, 244, 245, 246, Precinct 100, in Gdańsk, and on the Adjacent Land, Where the Auxiliary Infrastructure Will Be Located".
Project usable area: 7 264 m2

2012
1ST PLACE – urban-architectural competition for Dalmor S.A. premises – Dalmor Sea Pier, Fishing Pier in Gdynia.
Architectural-urban design which was to combine office, retail, and residential functions, directly at the pier in Gdynia, of the usable area of 80 000 m2.
Cooperation with the team of the ARCHDECO architectural design studio (as leading architect).

2011
5TH PLACE - architectural competition for concept design of a detached house, in line with environment conservation – Ecological House.

DISTINCTION - architectural competition for the concept design of the Maritime Museum – Science Centre in Szczecin, ul. inż. Apolinarego Tadeusza Wendy
Design of the Maritime Museum – Science Centre, of the usable area of 6 791 m2.

1ST PLACE – urban-architectural competition for concept design of land management and development of a zone located in Gdynia, in the vicinity of Orłowo Pier
"Nowe Orłowo" - design of high-standard apartments, of the area of 11 500 m2.
