Andreea Batros & Flavia Scînteanu

The creatives behind the brand "Dare to Rug" : Andreea Batros and Flavia Scînteanu - two interior designers who share a passion for craft. While working for several years on different continents, they were fascinated by rugs and decided to bring back the rug as the central piece of decoration in a space. Their wish to promote Romanian design globally made them return to Romania and start this adventure together.

The two designers interact with the world in search for new ideas, but some of the most valuable inspiration so far has come from their native lands in Romania. After having lived in vibrant cities like Shanghai or Milano, the two designers have found their home in Bucharest. They value friendship, traditions and craft and they try to mix these with modern design, authenticity and excellent materials.
