In 2012 Carlos Gómez and Ekaterina Gorshkova started up on their own joint venture. Once settled in the Sierra de Aracena (Andalousia, Spain), where they open an office, Gómez & GOrshkova begin their journey with the design and preparation of their work place. Since then the studio has managed the building and remodeling of several houses in the surrounding towns. The orders, of varying magnitude, include new housing and complete refurbishment and restoration of rural houses. In parallel it has developed other usual tasks in an architectural office.
