Yamada architecture and Design PLLC is a full service design oriented practice located in New York City. Our practice has grown out of an intrinsic desire and appreciation for beautifying the built environment. The foundation of practice is firmly rooted in a history of professional accomplishments in design, construction and architectural practice cumulatively spanning over 25 years.
The unique method of practice which is fostered in the design process is fundamentally collaborative and brought to fruition through the dynamic relationships of those who are dedicated to thoughtful, thorough and considerate means of shaping the environment in which we live, work and celebrate life.
We provide architectural solutions to your renovation, restoration and adaptive reuse needs with respect to New York City Zoning, Building Code and Landmarks designations. We offer Feasibility Studies, Schematic Design and Full Construction Documentation with DOB filing sets, Bid Documents and Construction Administration with final Sign Off. Exterior envelope restoration, building envelope performance analysis and Local Law 11 Facade Inspections are also offered.
