The RWA Studio of Architecture began its activities in Madrid in 1984, and has since built up a solid reputation based on the results of its various undertakings and its capacity for taking on projects of different magnitude with exhaustive guarantees of quality and efficiency. RWA considers that the building process is one sole unit in which architectural factors such as work execution, economic and financial considerations, marketing and merchandising, interrelate. This concept facilitates communication with clients and allows as to take on many functions that exceed the conventional ones for architects. Over its extensive development, RWA Studio has designed and managed works both for the public sector and for private companies and has experience in many architectural typologies. Those projects reflect the thinking of the RWA architects who understand that architecture enhances its value when it provides other qualities in addition to an adequate resolution of given problems. This is why RWA architects look for solutions for human needs in every project, being conscious that these are for a specific place and occasion; this means that it is necessary to pay attention to social responsibility, make a good use of resources, ensure energetic efficiency and respect all of those values that interact with architecture.
